What we collect

When you send us a project brief through our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, contact number, website address and the description of what you need.

Why we collect it

We use your brief to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project. Our email delivery service processes it so we can receive and respond. We don't add you to a marketing mailing list or sell your brief.

Optional website measurement

If you allow optional measurement, Google Analytics helps us understand site visits, and the OpenAI Ads pixel helps us see whether an eligible ad visit resulted in a submitted project brief. We send a lead event only after the form reports a successful submission. We do not include your brief text in that event.

These services may use cookies and other identifiers. The OpenAI pixel uses first-party cookies to help link an ad visit to a later action. If automatic advanced matching is enabled in Ads Manager, it may also detect supported contact details and send a hashed version to OpenAI. OpenAI describes its use of this data in its Conversion Terms.

Optional measurement stays off until you choose to allow it. You can change your choice at any time using the “Measurement choices” button. We save that choice in your browser so we can remember it on later visits.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your project or enquiry, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time. If you allow OpenAI measurement, its attribution cookie may last up to 30 days and its browser reference cookie up to 365 days, subject to your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hey@candystore.studio.
